Vote By Mail
Fill out a mail-in ballot request form.
You can fill out this form a few different ways:
Come to the campaign office and we will help you through the process and deliver your form.

Hours: 10 AM - 5 PM
Fill out the form online and email it to the city.
Email your completed form to: minneapolisabsentee@minneapolismn.gov
Fill out a form at the election center.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Once you fill out and submit your mail-in ballot request form, you are good to go! The city will mail you a ballot for you to vote by mail.
